The AT OM Mat Pilates Teacher Training offers you an authentic foundation of the Pilates Method as it was created by Joseph Pilates. The tools and techniques will not only equip you to become knowledgeable of the exercises but also how to become an empathetic instructor that is highly effective and memorable.

Since Joseph Pilates passed away over 50 years ago, the Method left us directly by him has not been updated. During the AT OM Mat Pilates Teacher Training, students will learn how to keep the integrity of Pilates with a fusion approach to make the practice a more modern and complete fitness form accessible by all.
